1. Stock Plans are protected by copyright Law so if you buy a stock plan and you want to modify it you cannot do so without permission of the owner. Failure to do so can result in a large fine – up to $250,000 and the courts could order you to tear down your home.
Our stock plans can be easily modified to your desires.
2. Some stock plan sales companies are reselling clearing others plan’s. They are not the originator of the plan so you must contact the original designer / architect directly to modify them (if you can find them)
